Shipment Processing Time

All orders will be processed within 1-3 days of purchase. If an issue arises with your order a member of our team will reach out to you via email. Orders are processed Monday through Friday and are often shipped the same day as purchase. During times of high volume such as Christmas, delays are expected.

Shipment Notifications

We will contact you when you order has been shipping providing you with the tracking codes.

Shipment Errors & Resolutions

We are all human so shipment errors can occur. Fortunately there is always a resolution. Below is a list of potential errors,

1. Received wrong item.
2. Item says delivered, but is not in possession.
3. Never received order.
4. Tracking information says order has been delayed.
5. Tracking information says order is still awaiting shipment.

We hope you love your purchase, but if you're not satisfied, you can return your online order within 30 days.

To be eligible for a return we require proof of purchase, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
