This round we raised over $2,300 making that a total of $43,800 for the Butte Strong Fund! The money has been donated and we will be ending sales for these hoodies at this time. Meanwhile we are working on some other exciting Butte Strong items that will be available this fall.

This is the original and official hoodie Aaron Rodgers wore and represents Butte! We’ll be taking preorders for Butte Strong hoodies and will be donating a portion of the proceeds to the Butte Strong Fund!

The Butte Strong hoodie is sold out! Together we raised over $15,000!! With this project we've hit full capacity in our shop and we apologize, but we can't make more at this time. Butte Strong Donation Hoodie

In an effort to raise money for the community we are offering this hoodie where 100% of the proceeds will go to the NVCF's Northern California Fire Relief Fund. We are hoping to raise as much money as we can for disaster relief and uniting all of us by staying strong during these difficult times. Help the fire victims with this easy way to donate. Share this and support those who have lost it all.

Stay Strong

The Camp Fire has absolutely demolished our area and will forever change the lives of many. The fire has taken lives, homes and business, but it will never be able to take away the strength of our community. It is clear that we will come out of this disaster stronger than ever. We are #ButteStrong. 

NVCF

The North Valley Community Foundation has been a leader in organizing fundraising campaigns and we trust their expertise. 100% of the proceeds from the sale will go to the Northern California Fire Relief Fund.  Learn more about them or donate directly to the Fire Relief Fund here.

What is Pre-sale?

Each hoodie will not be created until it has been ordered. This will in turn create a faster way to collect funds for the fire relief. We are preparing to ship out the items sometime in December. We are expecting a large amount of orders so please be patient as we need to make each hoodie as they come in. All sales are final, no refunds or exchanges. Thank you for your donation!

Shipment Processing Time

All orders will be processed within 1-3 days of purchase. If an issue arises with your order a member of our team will reach out to you via email. Orders a processed Monday through Saturday and are often shipped the same day as purchase. During times of high volume such as Christmas, delays are expected.

Shipment Notifications

We will contact you when you order has been shipping providing you with the tracking codes.

Shipment Errors & Resolutions

We are all human so shipment errors can occur. Fortunately there is always a resolution. Below is a list of potential errors,

  1. Received wrong item.
  2. Item says delivered, but is not in possession.
  3. Never received order.
  4. Tracking information says order has been delayed.
  5. Tracking information says order is still awaiting shipment.

If any of the above apply to your order, please contact us.

International Shipping

We do offer international shipping. International delivery times will take longer, but processing times remain within 1-3 days of purchase. We do not offer returns when purchasing internationally.

Eco Friendly Options

Biodegradable Shipping

To reduce the impact we have on the environment we offer Eco Friendly Shipping. This option is available for most orders under 32 ounces on the west coast. When chosen your order will be packaged with biodegradable materials.

Our overarching goal is to be as eco friendly as we can when shipping. Help us, not only change the landscape of online shipping, but save our oceans by selecting Eco Friendly Shipping at checkout. 

In-Store Pick Up

As an alternative to shipping we offer in-store pick up for those in our local area. Learn more about how to get in-store pick up on our blog.

Returns & Shipping

All orders shipped out will be provided with a UPS Return label and instructions on how to return on the packing slip. For more information on returns see our Returns Policy.

Online Purchases: Return Policy

We hope you love your Upperparkclothing.com products, but if you're not satisfied, you can return your online purchased merchandise within 30 days.

To be eligible for a return we require proof of purchase, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Return By Mail

Use the packing slip provided in your package and the pre-paid shipping label to return by mail. Simply follow the instructions on the lower portion of the packing slip.

Refunds (online purchase – if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

We do not cover shipping costs on return items. When shipping items back, $5 will be deducted from your refund to cover shipping costs and restocking.

Late or missing refunds (online purchase – if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. Exchanges (online purchases)

At this time, UpperParkClothing.com does not offer online exchanges. If you are not happy with your purchase, please return the item and repurchase the correct size or style.

Return To A Store (online purchases)

Items purchased from UpperParkClothing.com may also be returned to the Upper Park retail store. You can find us at 122 West 3rd Street, Chico CA 95928.

Returning Wholesale Orders

Items purchased wholesale from UpperParkClothing.com may only be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Please contact support@upperparkclothing.com if you wanting to return your wholesale order. To be eligible for a return, your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags. Upper Park will not cover the shipping fees. If items are lost in mail or for any reason Upper Park does not get receive the returned goods, we will not provide a refund.

 



In-store Purchases: Return Policy

We only offer refunds on the same day as original purchase. After that, we can offer you an exchange or store credit for your original purchase amount. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange or store credit.

Unacceptable Conditions For Exchanging:

Items on Sale

Sale Periods

In respect to all of our customers we only offer items on sale between certain time periods. This includes online and in-store purchases. Customers who purchase items during these periods qualify for the sale prices and the items on sale are sold on a first come first serve basis. We will not offer the discounted items before or after the sale period.

Sale Items (if applicable)

Only sale items that have the same SKU can be equally exchanged. That is, only exchanges for another size qualify for equal exchanges if the item was originally purchased on sale. If exchanging an item sold on sale for another SKU marked at full price then the item no longer qualifies for the sale and the remaining balance must be paid.

Exempt From Returning and Exchanging

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, plants, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items
  • Items marked as "Clearance"
