The UB644 is our relaxed tapered fit. Extra room through the seat and thigh and tapered through the leg to a very narrow leg opening. Made from 99% cotton 1% spandex sanforized 11oz rope-dyed Black Selvedge raw denim. Both warp and weft are black for solid black color. Featuring a button fly, hidden rivets, chain-stitched hem, leather patch and signature blue ear selvedge ID.

What is Raw Selvedge Denim?

Raw denim is the term for denim fabric that is unwashed and untreated. The vast majority of jeans sold today are produced by washing and distressing the denim in order to create an artificial worn-in look.  Selvedge denim is the only true “vintage” denim as it is woven on old-school machines called shuttle looms.
