Online Purchases: Return Policy
We hope you love your purchase, but if you're not satisfied, you can return your online order within 30 days.
To be eligible for a return we require proof of purchase, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (online purchase – if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@upperparkclothing.com.
Exchanges (online purchases)
At this time, UpperParkClothing.com does not offer online exchanges. If you are not happy with your purchase, please return the item and repurchase the correct size or style.
Return To A Store (online purchases)
Items purchased from upperparkclothing.com may also be returned to the Upper Park retail store. You can find us at 122 West 3rd Street, Chico CA 95928.
Returning Wholesale Orders
Items purchased wholesale from upperparkclothing.com may only be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Please contact support@upperparkclothing.com if you wanting to return your wholesale order. To be eligible for a return, your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags. Upper Park will not cover the shipping fees. If items are lost in mail or for any reason Upper Park does not get receive the returned goods, we will not provide a refund.
In-store Purchases: Return Policy
We only offer refunds on the same day as original purchase. After that, we can offer you an exchange or store credit for your original purchase amount. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange or store credit.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and with the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Unacceptable Conditions For Exchanging:
- Items sprayed with any fragrance
- Items with animal hair on them
- Items showing any signs of use
- Items showing signs of washing
- Discontinued items
- Items on sale
- Drinkware

Items on Sale
Sale Periods
In respect to all of our customers we only offer items on sale between certain time periods. This includes online and in-store purchases. Customers who purchase items during these periods qualify for the sale prices and the items on sale are sold on a first come first serve basis. We will not offer the discounted items before or after the sale period.
Sale Items (if applicable)
Only sale items that have the same SKU can be equally exchanged. That is, only exchanges for another size qualify for equal exchanges if the item was originally purchased on sale. If exchanging an item sold on sale for another SKU marked at full price then the item no longer qualifies for the sale and the remaining balance must be paid.
Exempt From Returning and Exchanging
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, plants, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
- Items marked as or sold as "Clearance" and/or "Final Sale"
